In collaboration with Procop, we designed the sample book that launched Color 1802 paper range. The work is rooted in Johannes Itten’s color theory.
Each shade is a page, each page pre-perforated into detachable rectangles. Shareable, traceable, the object evolves as it’s used—keeping a visible record of what’s been passed on.
The design encourages play and combination: the cover detaches, and its cut-out circles neutralize the edges—enhancing the perception of each color. Design as both tool and trace.
